Mrs. Amanda Prater

I am a native of Lawrence County.  I graduated from Speake High School in 1990.  I recently received my Masters in Elementary Education in 2019 from the University of West Alabama.  I began my teaching career at Mt. Hope Elementary before transferring to Hatton Elementary.   I have been teaching at Hatton Elementary since 2013.  I am married to Colton Prater and we have two boys.  

I love teaching!  I enjoy working with students and being a part of their learning experiences!
